What is Fingersi and how does it work?

Fingersi is a comprehensive e-commerce platform that allows you to create and manage online stores. It provides all the tools you need including store design, product management, payment processing, order fulfillment, and analytics. You can get started in minutes with our intuitive drag-and-drop builder.

How long does it take to set up my store?

You can have a basic store up and running in under 30 minutes. This includes choosing a template, adding your products, setting up payment methods, and configuring shipping options. For more complex customizations, it may take a few hours to a few days depending on your requirements.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Fingersi?

No technical knowledge is required! Fingersi is designed for users of all skill levels. Our drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to build and customize your store. However, if you want advanced customizations, our platform also supports custom code and integrations.

Can I migrate my existing store to Fingersi?

Yes! We offer migration assistance for stores from major platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and others. Our migration tools can help transfer your products, customers, and order history. Contact our support team for personalized migration assistance.

What are the pricing plans and what’s included?

We offer several pricing tiers to suit different business needs: Starter ($29/month), Professional ($79/month), and Enterprise ($199/month). All plans include hosting, SSL certificates, 24/7 support, and core e-commerce features. Higher tiers include advanced features like abandoned cart recovery, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Are there any transaction fees?

Transaction fees vary by plan: Starter (2.9% + 30¢), Professional (2.6% + 30¢), and Enterprise (2.4% + 30¢). These fees cover payment processing through our integrated payment gateways. If you use external payment processors, different rates may apply.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. You’ll have access to all features of the Professional plan during your trial period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades. For downgrades, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any prorated amounts will be automatically calculated.

Technical Questions

What payment methods are supported?

We support all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. We also support alternative payment methods and can integrate with various payment gateways based on your location and needs.

Is my store mobile-responsive?

Yes! All Fingersi stores are automatically mobile-responsive and optimized for all devices including smartphones, tablets, and desktops. We use modern responsive design techniques to ensure your store looks great and functions perfectly on any screen size.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! You can connect your existing domain or purchase a new one through us. We provide step-by-step instructions for connecting your domain. All domains include free SSL certificates and are automatically configured for optimal performance and security.

What integrations are available?

Fingersi integrates with hundreds of apps and services including email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), social media platforms, and analytics tools. We also provide APIs for custom integrations.

Security & Data

How secure is my data on Fingersi?

Security is our top priority. We use enterprise-grade encryption, secure data centers, regular security audits, and comply with PCI DSS standards. All data is backed up regularly and stored in multiple secure locations. We also provide SSL certificates for all stores at no additional cost.

Who owns my data?

You own all your data including customer information, products, orders, and content. Fingersi acts as a data processor and never claims ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time and we provide tools to help you maintain full control.

What happens if I cancel my account?

If you cancel your account, you’ll have 30 days to export your data before it’s permanently deleted. Your store will become inaccessible immediately upon cancellation, but we maintain your data for the grace period to allow for data export or account reactivation.

Do you provide training or onboarding?

Yes! We offer free onboarding sessions for new customers, video tutorials, documentation, and webinars. Professional and Enterprise customers can schedule one-on-one training sessions with our experts to get the most out of the platform.
